Mark has more than 16 years experience with customer-focused service products and programs development, training and auditing. He was responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining ISO 9000, QS-9000, ISO 14000 and other management systems assessment programs as well as creating and performing company and industry presentations, seminars and training for all aspects of certification activities.
His experience with audit operations includes managing and training auditors of all disciplines. In addition, Mark’s engineering background includes directing all internal and external technical program controls and management system compliance as well as implementing project tracking tools to monitor and improve task completion activities.

Mark’s ability to direct the operations of ISO 9000 and QS-9000 accredited third-party management systems registration programs make him an ideal candidate for assisting clients with their efforts to develop, implement and maintain their own quality management systems.
In addition, he has almost ten years of experience managing environmental systems programs, as well as integrating quality and environmental systems programs to increase efficiency and improve effectiveness.
Credentials
Mark holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor through the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Mark is a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 14000, ISO 9000 and QS-9000, and an active member of U.S. Technical Advisory Groups to ISO TC 207 and TC 176.
Furthermore, Mark is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, American Society for Quality, National Association of Environmental Professionals, Environmental Auditing Roundtable, and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instruments.
