Background
For almost 10 years, Sonny has provided auditing, training and engineering support to the automotive, manufacturing, military/space, chemical and gas industries.
Most recently, Sonny has assisted many clients in developing and implementing quality management systems based on ISO 9001, QS-9000. As part of the implementation activities, he has performed quality awareness training, including SPC and FMEA. In addition, he has conducted numerous third-party certification audits that covered a range of design activities.
During his career, Sonny has had the distinction of taking part in the world's largest ISO 9000/QS-9000 certification program, which included auditing all Ford and Visteon plants in North America, plus engineering/support activities in Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Japan.

Sonny has solid skills and extensive knowledge and experience in auditing, SPC and project engineering, which allows him to help our customers reach their business process improvement goals quickly and efficiently.
Sonny offers a valuable dual perspective: he understands an auditor's perspective of how systems can be optimized and how to find improvements through the evaluation of engineering designs, cost reduction proposals and best manufacturing methods.
Credentials
Sonny earned his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
He is an IRCA-registered QMS Lead Auditor, an ISO/TS 16949:2002 registered auditor and a Certified Manufacturing Engineer through the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
